Imperator is one of Bishkek's finest Chinese restaurants. Don't be intimidated by the exceptionally lengthy menu (as is common in other Chinese establishments). Salads, bamboo shoots, fish, meat—you'll find everything prepared in authentic Chinese sauces.

Portions are generously sized: opt for one or several dishes to share. You'll be seated around a traditional Chinese table complete with a lazy Susan. It's wonderfully convivial.
