The spirit of travel
This mountain hiking circuit in Kyrgyzstan is designed for travelers attracted by alpine landscapes and challenging itineraries. Just a few kilometers from Bishkek, Ala Archa National Park offers ideal terrain for an immersion in unspoiled nature, between coniferous forests, waterfalls, moraines and glacial reliefs.
Accompanied by an experienced local team, you progress in altitude from the base camp to Racek camp, before attempting the ascent of Mount Uchitel, culminating at over 4,500 meters. Each stage is carried out at the group's pace and according to mountain conditions, with attention paid to acclimatization. The effort is punctuated by times of observation and contemplation, in an atmosphere conducive to refocusing and disconnection.
This short but intense trek combines adventure, self-challenge and discovery of Kyrgyzstan's emblematic landscapes, before a gradual return to the capital.

Highlights
Day-by-day itinerary

Discovery of the Green Mountains of Ala Archa
Meet at 8am in the lobby of your hotel, where your guide will be waiting for you.
Bishkek → Ala Archa National Park
You then head towards the Ala Artcha National Park, a vast mountainous area located approximately 40 km south of Bishkek. You begin the excursion from the base camp, situated at 2,200 meters altitude.
The itinerary crosses a coniferous forest before reaching the 'Ak-Sai waterfall, where a lunch break is planned.
The progression then continues uphill to Racek, at 3,200 meters altitude. You set up camp there for the night, in preparation for the next day's ascent.

A day for climbing Mount Uchitel
After lunch, you pick up your hiking poles for a demanding day, with the Uchitel summit as your objective. The route evolves over rocky and sometimes steep terrain, requiring steady and controlled progress. As you gain altitude, snow appears and gradually covers the ground. The 1,200 meters of positive elevation gain are covered with gradual acclimatization, until you reach the summit at 4,540 meters altitude. A panoramic view then opens up over the entire massif, concluding this ascent.
After this intimate moment, we leave the area to return to our camp. The descent, easier, offers us a stunning view of the moraines.
