In Kyrgyzstan, power outlets use C and F standards, which is the same that you will find in Europe. The voltage is also the same, with 220 volts, 50 hertz. You should not have any problems charging your phone or camera.
However, please note that you will not have access to electricity all the time while in yurt stays. Owners sometimes have generators, but they are turned on for a limited period. It’s better to take with you an extra battery.
