In the beautiful Chon-Kemin Valley
Aéroport International De Manas → Bishkek
Upon your arrival at Manas International Airport, your driver greets you warmly and accompanies you as soon as you exit.
You then take the road for your transfer to your hotel, where you can settle in peacefully and rest after your flight.
The accompanying team will pick you up at 11:30 AM and you will set off for the beginning of your adventure.
You stop to visit the ruins of the Burana Minaret, an ancient Jami mosque destroyed in the 13th century during the Tatar invasions. You then climb to the top of the minaret, from where you enjoy a clear view of the surrounding countryside. The visit continues with the associated museum, which allows you to better understand the history of the site.

You arrive in the lush Chon Kemin valley, a nature reserve that brings together varied landscapes mixing semi-desert areas, glaciers and gorges.
For those who wish, it is possible to discover the surroundings on horseback from your host's house, where you spend the night.
Blue Pearl of Kyrgyzstan
Chon-Kemin → Le Canyon De Konorchek
This morning, you will visit the Konorchek Canyon, a preserved site where rock formations with red hues evoke the landscapes of the Grand Canyon. The sand columns that rise around you create a striking atmosphere and give the place an intimate dimension. Arrival on the shores of Lake Issyk Kul(1,609 m altitude), considered the second largest alpine lake in the world. A veritable inland sea, it is often called the pearl of Kirghizistan. Surrounded by the Tian Shan mountain range, its crystal-clear waters reflect the snow-capped peaks that exceed 5,000 m. From the neighboring mountains, many rivers descend and join the lake by crossing contrasting and harmonious valleys.
You visit the Ruh-Ordo cultural centre in Cholpon-Ata, a place where culture and serenity meet. In a peaceful environment, the complex is dedicated to the four major religions: Islam, Catholicism, Judaism and Buddhism. You also discover spaces dedicated to Greek philosophers as well as several prominent figures of Kirghizistan.
Arrival in Karakol, a small peaceful town on the shores of Lake Issyk Kul. You take time to visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral, a 19th-century Orthodox church; the Chinese mosque with the appearance of a Mongolian Buddhist temple, built by Dungan Chinese craftsmen.
For dinner, you are welcomed by your Dungan family, who prepares a traditional meal for you and shares with you the history of this Muslim people originally from Western China, settled in the region for over 140 years.
To Karakol
Seven bulls and broken heart
You visit the Skaska canyon, whose name means "fairy tale" in Kyrgyz. Its multicolored rock formations dominate Lake Issyk-Kul. Born from ancient volcanic eruptions, these natural sculptures with varied shapes evoke landscapes worthy of a fairy tale.
Arrival in the Jety Valley. Covered with dense vegetation, this gorge stretches over 37 km between Lake Issyk-Kul and the Celestial Mountains. Its red rock ridges, nicknamed "the 7 bulls", make up an emblematic landscape that was featured on Soviet postage stamps in 1968.
Jeti-Oguz Valley → Skazka Canyon
Hikingin the valley. Visit to the Skazka Canyon, whose name means "fairy tale" in Kyrgyz. Its multicolored rock formations dominate Lake Issyk-Kul. Resulting from ancient volcanic activity, they create a landscape with varied shapes that evokes legendary scenery.
Skazka Canyon → Bokonbaevo
In the late afternoon, you settle in at your hosts' place in Bokonbayevo.
The art of Kirghizistan craftsmanship
In Bokonbayevo, you attend an Eagle hunting demonstration. The Kyrgyz eagle hunter, on horseback, presents the complicity that unites him with his eagle and demonstrates his hunting technique on small prey such as rabbits.

Then, you head towards the Ak-Sai canyons, nicknamed by locals "the valley of forgotten rivers".
To Kyzyl-Tuu
Arrival at the village of Kyzyl-Tuu, renowned for the traditional manufacturing of the Kyrgyz yurt.
A family from the village will have the honor of showing us how a yurt is built, and if you wish you will be able to help them in this activity.
You head back onto the main road towards the village ofKochkor, recognized for its local development initiatives.
You visit the women's cooperative, where traditional felt carpets (sherdaks) are made, showcasing the region's artisanal craftsmanship.
Ancient caravanserai on the Silk Road
Travel back in time with a visit to the ancient Tach Rabat Caravanserai. Located on the road to Khasgar, the Tach Rabat caravanserai, the Stone Hotel, is probably the best-preserved site on the Silk Road, and you will be able to feel its original atmosphere here. Dating from the 15th century, it contained many rooms used to shelter merchants.
Day 6
Today, you will hike to the pass located at 3,950 m, from where you enjoy a view of the Chatyr-köl Lake, whose name means "celestial lake" in Kyrgyz. It is located between the crests of At-Bashy and Torugart-Too, at an altitude of 3,530 m. The third largest lake in the country, Chatyr-Kul impresses with its expanse and the clarity of its waters
Kochkor → Tach Rabat
Sumptuous Kel-Suu Lake
Tach Rabat → Kel-Suu
This morning, you head towards Kel Suu Lake. You progress along a winding route, cross a wooden suspension bridge, then enter the Kel Suu valley. The river crossing is only possible if weather conditions permit.
UAZ vehicle assistance is provided if the passage becomes difficult.
As you approach the Chinese border, registration is necessary in order to continue the itinerary.

Day 8
You set off on a hike to the glacial lake Kel-Suu, located at 3,500 m altitude. This isolated place is worth the effort and offers a singular landscape, shaped by the surrounding mountains.
The lake has a particular name: "Kel-Suu" means "water that comes" in Kyrgyz. Sometimes, its waters disappear and seep into underground caves; depending on the season and the year, it can therefore happen that the lake is not visible.
A city in the middle of the mountains
After breakfast, you resume your journey towards Naryn. The itinerary is more flexible, with the crossing of a small pass. Along the way, you encounter shepherds and a few herds of yaks that punctuate the landscape. Arrival in the town of Naryn, a small town nestled between the mountains and crossed by the Naryn river. You will find more comfort here and enjoy a real break before continuing your adventure in Kirghizistan. Check-in at the hotel, rest, then free time with your guide, who will accompany you on a stroll through town.
Kel-Suu → Naryn
At the intersection of two rivers
After breakfast, you leave Naryn to reach Eki-Naryn, the place where two arms of the Naryn river meet, the main tributary of the Syr-Daria. Eki-Naryn is located in the heart of the mountains and offers an isolated setting, conducive to peaceful discovery of the landscapes. After settling into the yurt camp, you set out to visit the surroundings. After lunch, you gain altitude to admire the mountains and surrounding valley. Along the way, you encounter a few shepherds setting up their camps for the summer season.
On the banks of Lake Son-Kul
You leave the Eki-Naryn valley and head towards the Son Kul Lake, considered the second wonder of Kyrgyzstan. This vast alpine lake, the country's main freshwater reserve, is located in the heart of the Tian Shan mountains and reaches an altitude of 3,016 m. It has long fueled the imagination of travelers. Its crystalline water varies depending on the light, shifting from blue to green, sometimes with orange reflections.
Day 12
You take advantage of this day to relax and observe the lifestyle of the family hosting you. Depending on the season, you witness the preparation of kumis or other dairy products, the gathering of herds, as well as the milking of cows or mares.
If you wish, you can leave after lunch for a short horseback riding excursion.
Along the Kökömeren River
After enjoying a moment of relaxation by the lake and admiring the beauty of the landscape, you take the road towards the small village of Kyzyl-Oi. You travel along the Kokomeren river, which accompanies the trail and offers a succession of contrasting landscapes. Upon arrival at the village, you set off for a walk to discover the surroundings and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the place.
Arrival in Bishkek and city tour
Your route today crosses vast steppes in the heart of the Celestial Mountains. You then continue through the Sussamir valley, located at the confluence of the Karakol and Sussamir rivers. Last day of travel before returning to the Kyrgyz capital. You leave the green mountains of Kyrgyzstan where you discovered a warm people with traditions still so persistent and arrive at Bishkek. Check-in at your hotel where you can rest for a few moments. You head to the Osh Bazaar of Bishkek, considered one of the most lively markets in Kyrgyzstan. Stands of dried fruits and spices punctuate your stroll through the colors and scents of Central Asia. You will also find many traditional souvenirs. A walk on Ala-Too Square, in the center of Bishkek. A privileged meeting place for Kyrgyz youth, it comes alive each evening with passersby strolling about. This square has also been the scene of several landmark events in the country's history.

Passport
To enter Kyrgyzstan, your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of entry and must contain at least one blank page for immigration stamps.
The document must be in good condition (no damaged, torn, or altered pages).
Tourism entry requirements
Entry requirements for tourism stays depend on your nationality and the applicable bilateral agreements between Kyrgyzstan and your country of citizenship.
Verify the specific conditions with the embassy or consulate of Kyrgyzstan in your country of residence to determine whether you require a visa or whether an exemption applies, and the maximum duration of stay permitted.
The authorities may request:
an exit ticket from the territory (return flight or onward travel),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay,
a confirmation of accommodation booking.
Registration with local authorities
Any traveller staying in Kyrgyzstan is required to register with the immigration services within five working days of arrival.
In practice, this registration is generally completed automatically by the hotel or accommodation provider. If staying with a private individual (private rental, host family), it is the responsibility of the host or the traveller to complete this formality at the local registration office (ОВИР).
It is advisable to keep a copy of the registration certificate, which may be requested during police checks or when leaving the territory.
Travel with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
When a minor travels without one of their parents, an authorization to leave the territory may be required according to the regulations of the country of residence.
Health and vaccines
No vaccination is mandatory to enter Kyrgyzstan. However, certain vaccinations are recommended for preventive purposes, including:
typhoid and hepatitis A, due to local sanitary conditions,
rabies, particularly for travellers planning activities in rural or mountainous areas,
tick-borne encephalitis, for hikers visiting forested or high-altitude areas.
It is advisable to consult a doctor or international vaccination centre before departure.
