Why limit yourself to Europe when the 'Stans' are knocking at your door? Kyrgyzstan is waiting for you!

Why limit yourself to Europe when the « Stans » are knocking at your door ! Kyrgyzstan is waiting for you ! We'll admit it, budget airlines offer you the pleasures of a spontaneous getaway to Europe's most beautiful capitals. With rock-bottom prices, it's hard to resist a quick week on the Spanish coast, or in the lush highlands of Northern Ireland. But DID YOU KNOW, that at the same price you could treat yourself to an exotic week, on a land still little known ! We invite you to set foot on Kyrgyz soil and immerse yourself in a culture that will transport you far from this urbanized monotony.

Visa, you say ?

Don't worry, only a valid passport will be required ; there's nothing left to do but go ! For 11 hours of flying, you might think a week wouldn't be enough. Indeed, ah insatiability… But think again ! For a first taste, a week is ideal and that's true in any season ! Yes, Kyrgyzstan offers a multitude of choices ! Whether in winter, for its ski resorts and thrilling sports ; or in summer for hiking or paragliding, Kyrgyzstan offers you both tranquility, pleasure and adventure in exceptional, off-the-beaten-path locations !

What to do in one week :

  • Meet the locals : we believe in the richness of human encounters, an opportunity to discover a culture, a people. That's why we offer homestays for one or more nights.

  • Discover natural beauty : from Bishkek you'll be dazzled : forests, gorges, mountains, lakes and canyons are all waiting for you. Around Lake Issyk-Kul, these wonders are hidden : the rock formations of Jetty Oguz, the enchanting Skazka canyon, the Chon Kemin gorges with their mountain streams (perfect for adrenaline junkies into rafting), not to mention an alpine setting with the omnipresent mountains (90% of the territory). Head especially towards Lake Son-Kul, for its steppe scenery.

  • Activities : in 7 days, it's up to you to choose between relaxation or intensity ! Soar over Lake Karakol by paraglider, mount a horse and gallop headlong along the shores of Lake Son-Kul, follow up with a hiking trail in Ala Archa Park where you reach peaks over 5000 m ; mountain bike down the trails, climb the passes to enjoy an exceptional panorama over snowy peaks, and finally in the evening, join in the herding or milking of livestock.

The «Around the Lake » circuit is a good example of a one-week trip and is doable year-round in good conditions. Conversely, if you're looking for specialized circuits such as horseback trekking or hiking, or adventure sports, all of that is possible ! We adapt to your wishes, your budget and your availability. And if you have more time, continue the adventure with us on longer tours or move on to neighboring countries.
